These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the apps and websites operated by Bosak Dev LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including Sipp Local (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access them by any means other than the interfaces we provide, interfering with their operation, or submitting false or misleading information (such as a fraudulent business listing claim).

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings screen.

Business listings

Shop listings in Sipp Local are editorially curated. Claiming a listing requires ownership verification, and we may edit, decline, or remove any listing or claim at our discretion. Listings cannot be purchased, and placement cannot be paid for.

Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as listing details or photos). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Services. You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Bosak Dev LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

Purchases

Any purchases made through our iOS apps are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Third-party services and content

The Services may display information about third-party businesses (such as coffee shop hours and locations) and link to third-party websites. We work to keep this information accurate but do not guarantee it, and we are not responsible for third-party businesses, websites, or services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information (including business hours or locations) will be accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosak Dev LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bosak Dev LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
